The Witches Cauldron 2024 Terms of Service Agreements
1) CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE OF MATERIALS
Client agrees to keep confidential The Witches Cauldron materials and links and not share with anyone. Client acknowledges Priestesses of the Rose will keep all information exchanged in strict confidentiality.
Client agrees not use or repurpose any materials from The Witches Cauldron for any professional use.
Client agrees that if inspirations and concepts derived from The Witches Cauldron are shared on social media the client will honour Priestesses of the Rose by naming and tagging Achintya Devi & Ameya Cohen.
2) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-COMPETE
All materials and concepts given to Client in The Witches Cauldron are proprietary. Client agrees that such proprietary material are solely for Client’s own personal use.
Client agrees not to make use of any materials or concepts for professional or commercial purposes in any manner. Under no circumstances may these materials be shared, sold, or repurposed for personal or professional use.
Any disclosure to a third party, copying or republishing any portion of the course materials or its contents is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
3) SISTERHOOD & ONLINE SHARING GROUP
Client agrees this is an inclusive and deeply caring Global Sisterhood with a zero-tolerance policy to any bullying or hate speech of any kind (whether related to ethnicity, culture, religion, political views, sexual orientation etc).
Client agrees to keep all sister shares private and that there is no self/business promoting, spam, recruiting or outside links in our online group.
4) REFUNDS
Client agrees there are no refunds.
5) DISCLAIMER
Client understands Priestesses of the Rose are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, business manager, registered dietician, nutritionist, financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands their participation in The Witches Cauldron will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.
Client understands that Priestesses of the Rose has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy. Client understands that a teaching / coaching relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.
6) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The purpose of The Witches Cauldron is to support and empower the client with personal & spiritual growth. All information and teachings offered during this The Witches Cauldron are to be used by choice and at own risk and discretion. The Witches Cauldron works on a deep level mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and may at times bring forth challenges. Client acknowledges that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation.
7) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Client agrees that The Witches Cauldron is an educational service being provided. Client releases Priestesses of the Rose, its team, assistants and related entities from any and all damages that may result from any claims arising from any agreements, past, present or future, between the parties. Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Client agrees that Priestesses of the Rose will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting from or arising from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Company’s services or enrollment in The Witches Cauldron.
