The Priestesses of the Rose 2025-2026 Terms of Service Agreements

1) CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE OF MATERIALS

Client agrees to keep confidential all Priestesses of the Rose training materials in all forms and not share with them anyone in any form. Client acknowledges Priestesses of the Rose will keep all information exchanged in strict confidentiality.

Client agrees not to use or repurpose any materials from Priestesses of the Rose for any professional use whatsoever.

Client agrees that if ideas, inspirations and concepts derived from Priestesses of the Rose wish to be shared beyond personal usage, that there is a written form of communication to Priestesses of the Rose  (Achintya / Miranda Seeton & Ameya / Joanne Cohen) [email protected].  If inspirations and concepts are shared on social media the client will honour Priestesses of the Rose by naming and tagging Achintya Devi & Ameya Cohen.

2) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-DISCLOSURE OF TRAINING MATERIALS 

All Materials and concepts given to Client in Priestesses of the Rose are proprietary. Client agrees that such proprietary material is solely for Client’s own personal use. Client agrees not to make use of any materials or concepts for professional or commercial purposes in any manner unless specific permission is granted by Priestesses of the Rose.

Under no circumstances may these materials be shared, sold, or repurposed for professional use. Any disclosure to a third party, copying or republishing any portion of the course materials or its contents is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.

3) SISTERHOOD & ONLINE SHARING GROUP

Client agrees this is an inclusive and deeply caring Global Sisterhood with a zero-tolerance policy to any bullying or hate speech of any kind (whether related to ethnicity, culture, religion, political views, sexual orientation etc).

Client agrees to keep all sister shares private and that there is no self/business promoting, spam, recruiting or outside links in our online group. 

4) CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION 

Client understands that the requirements to receive a Certificate of Completion will be shared as the Training commences. If the requirements are met by the end of Training, a Certificate of Completion will be honored and sent physically and digitally. This entitles client to utilize in personal and professional resume, and/or educational training qualifications the following terminologies: Priestess of the Rose, initiated in the Rose Lineage of Goddess Rising Mystery School and Woman Rising Mystery School, Priestesses of the Rose Graduate initiated in the Rose Lineage of Goddess Rising Mystery School and Woman Rising Mystery School.

5) REFUNDS

Client undertakes responsibility for the full tuition payment of fees for Priestesses of the Rose, regardless of whether there is a completion of the program and materials. In the event of the Client’s absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the Client will remain fully responsible for the unpaid balance of the Program. Under no circumstance will there be a refund of  payments made by the Client nor a shift of ongoing payments that are due. By agreeing to these Terms, the Client agrees to be legally obligated to pay the full amount of the agreed upon fee.

6) DISCLAIMER

Client understands Priestesses of the Rose are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, business manager, registered dietician, nutritionist, financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. Client understands their participation in Priestesses of the Rose will not treat or diagnose any disease, illness, or ailment and if they should experience any such issues they should see their registered physician or other practitioner as determined by their own judgment.

Client understands that Priestesses of the Rose has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy. Client understands that a teaching / coaching relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this program. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.

7) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The purpose of Priestesses of the Rose is to support and empower the client with personal & spiritual growth. All information and teachings offered during this Priestesses of the Rose are to be used by choice and at own risk and discretion.  Priestesses of the Rose works on a deep level mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and may at times bring forth challenges. Client acknowledges that as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation.

8) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Client agrees that Priestesses of the Rose is an educational service being provided. Client releases Priestesses of the Moon Partnership, its team, assistants and related entities from any and all damages that may result from any claims arising from any agreements, past, present or future, between the parties. Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Client agrees that Priestesses of the Rose will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting from or arising from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Company’s services or enrollment in Priestesses of the Rose.
